Japanese game developer Nippon Ichi Software (NIS) opene a preview site for its Kamisama to Unmei Kakumei no Paradox (God and the Destiny Revolution Paradox) game with a streaming prmotional video on Thursday.
NIS is producing the game as its first 20th anniversary commemorative title. The creative team behind NIS' Disgaea role-playing game series is planning and developing the project. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya light novel illustrator Noizi Ito is serving as the game's character designer, and Yousei Teikoku (The Future Diary, Katanagatari theme songs) is providing music.
The story will center on seven angels and a high school student who suddenly becomes a god. He grows into an adult while working with the angels to grant wishes.
The full official website will open on July 19. At his company's 20th anniversary press conference earlier this week, NIS CEO Sohei Niikawa already revealed that NIS is planning a television anime project, although the anime has not yet been green-lit. NIS also announced the "Project: Arcadia" and "Project: D" game projects.
