8th Int'l Manga Award Competition Launches

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan announced that entries for the Eighth International Manga Awards will be accepted beginning on April 15 and until May 31. In last year's awards, Thai artist Prema Jatukanyaprateep won the highest honor for Bokbig (pictured right), a story about a dog and the troubles it causes.
