Ice Blade's Takahashi Launches Yorishiroshi Manga

The August issue of Kodansha's Young Magazine the 3rd magazine announced on Monday that manga artist Tsutomu Takahashi will launch a new manga titled Yorishiroshi in the magazine's next issue, which Kodansha will publish on August 6. The manga will have a color opening page.
The magazine teases:
He is the Yorishiroshi, the man who fools the gods. The setting is Edo. It begins with despair. His favorite dish is udon. Launches in August.
Tokyopop published Takahashi's Jiraishin detective action manga, under the name Ice Blade, as one of the company's first titles in North America. Takahashi serialized a sequel called Jiraishin diablo before wrapping it in Good! Afternoon magazine in 2011. His Skyhigh manga was adapted into a live-action film, which Media Blasters released under its Tokyo Shock label in 2005.
Takahashi launched the supernatural manga Hito Hitori Futari in 2011 and ended the series in August. He launched the manga Zankyō in Shogakukan's Big Comic Superior in May. Takahashi also revealed in June that he had a new boxing manga in the works for Afternoon magazine titled Black Box.
