Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi Stage Play's Cast Unveiled

Staff from Sengoku Basara vs. Devil May Cry play return for January-February play

The official website of the stage play adaptation of CAPCOM's Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi action game unveiled the cast on Monday.

Both Mashimura and Matsuda have previously performed as Sanada Yukimura and Matsunaga Hisahide, respectively, in the stage play adaptation of the Sengoku Basara 3 Utage game.

Masanari Ujigawa is organizing and directing the play. CAPCOM's Izaki Matsuno will collaborate on the scenario, and CAPCOM's Makoto Yamamoto and Hiroyuki Kobayashi are in charge of planning and serving as editorial supervisors. Ace Crew Entertainment's Kazushi Miyakoda and Avex Live Creative's Tetsuya Yamaura are producing the play. All the staff members previously worked on the Sengoku Basara vs. Devil May Cry stage play.

The play will open at the Zepp Blue Theater Roppongi in Tokyo, and it will run from January 21-31. The play will then have five performances at Osaka's Sankei Hall Breeze from February 5-7. Tickets for both performances will go on sale for members of the Basara Club fanclub on September 16, but general tickets will go on sale on November 22. Tickets cost 7,800 yen (about US$64).
