A Certain Scientific Accelerator Anime Reveals More Cast, July 12 Premiere

The official website for the television anime of A Certain Scientific Accelerator (Toaru Majutsu no Index Gaiden: Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator) manga revealed more cast members and the July 12 premiere date for the anime on Saturday.
The newly announced cast members are:
Nozomi Sasaki as Sisters
Yuko Kaida as Aiho Yomikawa
Ryota Ohsaka as Mikihiko Hishigata
Ayumi Mano as Hiromi Hishigata (not pictured)
The anime will premiere on AT-X at 10:00 p.m. on July 12, and it will also run on the Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11 channels, as well as on the AbemaTV service that night. Tokyo's giant streetside Shinjuku Yunika Vision screen will show the beginning of the anime's first episode on June 29 at 4:30 p.m. Accelerator voice actor Nobuhiko Okamaoto, director Nobuharu Kamanaka, and others will appear at a preview screening of the anime at the nearby Toho Cinemas Shinjuku theater later that evening. The theme song artists THE SIXTH LIE and sajou no hana will perform a special live concert at Tokyo's Tsutaya O-Crest venue on August 21.
Nobuharu Kamanaka (Big Order) is directing the anime at J.C. Staff. Kenji Sugihara (Clockwork Planet, Shiki) is in charge of series composition. Yohei Yaegashi (Tsūjō Kōgeki ga Zentai Kōgeki de Ni-kai Kōgeki no Okā-san wa Suki desu ka?, Aki no Kanade) is designing the characters. Jin Aketagawa (Children of the Whales, Anohana) is sound director, and Maiko Iuchi (A Certain Magical Index, A Certain Scientific Railgun) is returning to compose the music.
THE SIXTH LIE performs the opening theme song, and sajou no hana performs the ending theme song.
The anime stars Nobuhiko Okamoto as Accelerator, Rina Hidaka as Last Order, and Yurika Kubo as Estelle Rosenthal.
Arata Yamaji began the spinoff series about the A Certain Magical Index character Accelerator in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in 2013. Seven Seas Entertainment is releasing the manga in English.
