Nanami Higuchi (BEASTARS) wrote the script, and Tetsurō Takanashi designed the characters. The short marks the eighth anniversary of The [email protected] Cinderella Girls franchise.

Bandai Namco Entertainment's Asobi Store will offer a deluxe special Blu-ray Disc that will ship in February. It will include a 40-page setting materials book. The Amazon.co.jp digital purchase of the film includes an exclusive "Spin-Off Reco" bonus with visual audio commentary and music off-stage talk segment by Matsui, Aihara, and Tamegai.
