Japan Pavilion Hosts Doraemon Event, Karaoke, Cosplay Meet at Kolkata International Book Fair

The official Facebook page of the Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata announced on Tuesday that it will host a "Meet Doraemon" event, karaoke, and a cosplay meet at the Japan Pavilion (Stall: F13) at the 45th Kolkata International Book Fair. The Kolkata International Book Fair will take place from February 28 to March 13 at the Central Park Mela Complex, Karunamoyee.
The "Meet Doraemon" event will take place on March 1, March 4, March 6, and March 8. Japan Pavilion will host karaoke on March 2, March 4, and March 10 from 5:00 p.m. IST onwards. It will host the cosplay meet on March 5 from 5:00 p.m. IST onwards.
Japan Pavilion will also host a painting competition from February 28 to March 6, a Japan quiz on March 1 and March 11, a Japanese doll exhibition on March 3, an Aikido event on March 6 and March 9, and several other activities throughout the event.
The 44th International Kolkata Book Fair took place from January 29 to February 9, 2020 at the Central Park Mela Complex, Karunamoyee.
