Sync Music Japan, a project organized by Japan Association of Music Enterprises (JAME), Music Publishers Association of Japan (MPAJ), and the Federation of Music Producers Japan (FMPJ) in order to expand Japanese music market to a global scale, will be broadcasting girugamesh's special USTREAM program “pray for Japan” on 4/15 (Fri) and sending out messages to the whole world on NEXUS AID×Music Power Aid and SYNC MUSIC JAPAN.

■We want to encourage Japan with ‘pray’
When the earthquake hit Japan on 3/11, girugamesh were in Berlin on their Europe tour. Upon their return to Japan, they made a new song 'pray,' wishing that this song will give hope and encouragement to as many people as possible. Determined to encourage Japan this new song 'pray,' girugamesh, “BEAT SHUFFLE (NACK 5)” and DJ Hiroaki Asai came together hand in hand for this special program.

■ Message from girugamesh:
On the day of the Tohoku-Pacific Earthquake, we were on our Europe tour. We couldn't stop worrying about Japan throughout the tour, but we were able to keep going because of all the fans' encouragement and love. All we can do at the time was to pray and we put those thoughts into lyrics. After we returned to Japan, we saw the aftermath of the earthquake with our own eyes and thought about 'what we can do to help.' Something we can do as musicians… After much contemplation, we reached the decision to release 'pray.' The lyrics are made of all the ‘prayers’ during the Europe tour and ‘hope’ for tomorrow which we found after we returned to Japan. We made this song to give hope to everyone and to let as many people as possible to know about what's happening in Japan. Let's become one and keep going forward hand in hand!! Pray for Japan!
