- Legendary composer Yōko Kanno brings two extraordinary, back-to-back performances to New York City in April, marking a historic moment for fans across generations. Produced by Mammoth, the two-night run begins April 10 with Yōko Kanno and SEATBELTS making their first-ever North American appearance at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, performing the groundbreaking music that redefined anime soundtracks, followed on April 11 by PIANO ME at The Town Hall—an intimate, immersive piano-led experience that blends music and visual expression into a deeply personal journey. When asked about the kickoff to the two shows, Yōko Kanno replied, “I'm excited for SEATBELTS New York debut. No destination. You in?” Tickets for both shows go on sale this Friday at YokoKanno.nyc.
