Kiro Akiyama Gets Vulnerable On 'DO NOT DISTURB,' A Glimpse Into 5th Album Magic if
Tokyo, Japan — Ahead of his fifth album Magic if, scheduled for March 11, rising Japanese artist Kiro Akiyama unveils a new pre-release single, “DO NOT DISTURB,” available worldwide today, March 4. This release comes out hot on the heels of the well-received collaboration EP Scissor Hands Up featuring artists such as yama and TOOBOE.
Serving as the first glimpse into Magic if, “DO NOT DISTURB” sets the tone for what will be one of the artist's most introspective projects to date. As the lead pre-release track, the song embodies a powerful and emotionally charged statement, introducing listeners to the album's raw emotional landscape. Stripped of pretense, it channels vulnerability, solitude and inner conflict, offering an unfiltered reflection of Kiro Akiyama's evolving artistic vision.
This release marks the beginning of a new chapter in Kiro Akiyama's career, laying the foundation for an album rooted in emotional honesty and fearless self-exploration.
The pre-release track “DO NOT DISTURB” and the fifth album Magic if arrive ahead of Kiro Akiyama appearance at THE GLOW 2026 in Korea on March 22 and his first overseas solo show in Taipei on April 11
