Bound by desire and a dangerous power, they grow closer as they search for the truth.

Is It Worth Reading?

Got It? dares to ask the most important question in all of BL: how ludicrously big is too big when it comes to penises? If you're a connoisseur (or connoisseuse) of fictional male appendages, you owe it to yourself to add this series to your reading list, because the first couple of chapters go all in on looking at dick size. There's ostensibly a plot reason, of course: Seungjeong has a shamanistic power that allows him to read auras and suchlike, but it only works well after he's engaged in some sexy stuff. The degree of pleasure also determines how long the enhanced power lasts, so it's in his best interest to find someone he really clicks with. Gender doesn't matter, which is how he ends up jumping gangster Gayoon at a club one night after his loser friend has gambled away their taxi fare.

Unfortunately for Seungjeong, Gayoon, like most people, doesn't enjoy being forcibly kissed and groped. It's not clear if he actively hunts Seungjeong down or if it was mere coincidence that they bumped into each other again, but Gayoon is not happy to see the other man again. He'd just kill Seungjeong, except that the parting aura information that he tossed out as he fled was right. So Gayoon decides that he'll hang onto his own personal sex-powered shaman to figure out who killed his dad…even if it means he has to fuel Seungjeong himself.

This is where the literal dick-measuring comes in: Gayoon offers Seungjeong his pick of stripped subordinates to pick from. Unfortunately for him, the “pervert shaman” is only attracted to Gayoon, who grudgingly agrees to be his inspiration. The story plays it all off as something funny, especially since Seungjeong is so freaked out by the whole situation that he's not feeling particularly aroused. But there's a real edge of discomfort and homophobia underneath the manhwa's presentation of this whole thing as a silly story. Seungjeong did sexually assault Gayoon and Gayoon was upset by it. Part of it was the fact that Seungjeong is a man, but mostly it's that he didn't give consent. If Seungjeong is uncomfortable, Gayoon may well think that's only fair.

Lezhin's translation isn't one of their best, sounding oddly stiff and formal, mostly due to a lack of contractions. The art is fine, though not great; anatomy is very suspect even if we discount the whole size issue and most of the Gayoon's goons look way too similar. Got It? is a story that wants us to take it lightly but doesn't really allow for that.
