The first season was very strong. I'd be delighted if the second season was even better, but I'd still be satisfied if it is merely as good as the first.

Yeah, it probably is. Since her transformation in the 1st season also is a reference to Kamen Rider too.
Crunchyroll has the streaming rights at the moment. Other than that, no one has mentioned anything about a license. If you have trouble finding it on CR, the 1st season & ONA shows are all under "Nyarko-san" for some reason. |

I can't wait for this already. First season was amazing, and I'm surprised nobody picked it up for physical release. Hopefully one of Funi, NISA, or Sentai will take both of them when it comes time for airing.
