Sub-pages for Entries Not Working

I've checked using two animes (Case Closed and Kaitou Saint Tail) and the sub-pages (Episode Titles, Trivia, etc.) for entries don't seem to be working. :/ (The top will change, but the body itself remains the same as the main entry.)
