Toriyama's World recently posted a ad for the new Toriyama Manga. It's a weird pig/bunny charater wearing dragonball's Goku's Orange/Blue outfit

But wait a second... Neko Majin and Neko Majin Z are way old. Planet Namek posted links to scanilations of them like two years ago. I still have NMZ floating around somewhere on a zip disc.
Is this a new chapter, or something? Because it definitely couldn't be called a new series at this point...
