Hmm, of course, I'm a big supporter of cute anime, but like dormcat, I wouldn't want to offer up a bunch of repeats. If you want a few things to look at, I've made a My Anime Cuteness list of what I consider quality entries in the field. (Note: once the OP posts additional information, I'll edit or add a more detailed reply; I know listing is bad...)

If you're looking for something that's comedy/cute and at least a bit perverted then you'll be hard-pressed to find a better choice than Steel Angel Kurumi. Although it gets too serious for its own good in its later stages, the first 18 (half-length) episodes are pure, lively fun chocked with lots of laugh-out loud moments and naughty content, including a prominent lesbian character and occasional bits of nudity. It looks great, has a great English dub, and has an opener on Cute Overload.
If you do check it out, I'd also recommend the follow-up Encore! OVA, which continues on from the 24th episode and returns the series to its fun roots. Skip the far inferior Steel Angel Kurumi 2, though. |

Ummm...well Love Hina, might fall into that area. I dont really know, its just a guess. Check it out if so...its pretty funny,and perverted(I think it falls into the Ecchi catagory).
