Wait a minute... Nodame is supposed to be pretty unclean, disgusting, and a sub-par cook. Why would I want to go to someplace that's inspired by her?

I think it's *fairly* safe to say the cafe is based more on the music and aesethic of the manga, and certainly not on the slovenly girl herself. This is Japan, after all.
The description of the food sounds intriguingly Nodame-ish; I for one look forward to sampling bizarre concoctions while being seranaded by a classical orchestra.
