I like the animation I'm seeing in the trailer, I barely ever watch the anime anymore (I've simply been reading the manga) but I'll definitely check this out if it'll actually be competently animated.

This is great and all, but i wish Oda would do this stuff more often for filler. He got involved with Strong World, Film Z and 3D2Y so i hope he can consider getting involved in a filler arc. Toei seem to be reluctant to do filler, but if they get Oda involved it could change their minds.

Ya Oda doesn't have that kind of time. He has said in interviews he sleeps very little usually going to bed around 2am and waking around 5am, he smokes, and he has a very small team that works on One Piece with him and even then he still does most of the work because he prefers to do it that way. He does more then enough for the anime with what he has done. |
