The manga centers on Yuichiro Hyakuya, a human who dreams of becoming strong enough to kill all vampires.

..... until he meets a kind-hearted vampire girl on his journey.

Dark fantasy, is it? Gimme bloodbath, please. Very Happy

I am literally so excited for this adaption. I started reading the manga the day Chapter 1 was released, and ever since then each chapter has been hard to wait for.

It'll probably be a 1 cour shown and I just hope, that because it's a manga adaption that has around 15-16 chapters at this moment in time, they don't flunk it at the end with some weird ending.

Hype is now real for me.

Nope, no vampire girl meeting. Just straight up gore involving slaying vampires.

Would prefer a second season of The Legend of Legendary Heroes, but this seems like it could be good (from the 1 chapter I've read).

I'm in your boat 100%, but since I love Takaya's work on DenYuu, I'll give this a try.

I don't think it will have a bad ending because it already has 24 chapters and since they just announced it , it will come only in Jan or April so it gives them more material to work with.

I'm excited for this myself , especially since i just bought the first volume yesterday after reading it in WSJ.

I like the manga. Not enough to see it in motion though.

This is probably too soon.. I enjoy the manga but it's too new, especially since it's monthly.

I'm not even sure this manga even has enough content for an anime

It might have enough content for 12-13 episodes and some OVA episodes.

I remember reading the review for volume 1 of the manga on here awhile back, and it did sound interesting. Will check out the anime.

Just don't let the studio be ZEXCS. I can't take their ruining another Kagami Takaya series like they did with ItsuTen. Not again.

Yea, feels like it's too early. Hope it's a 12-13 ep series instead of a 24-26 that swerves off track and renders continuation futile.
