watching it on TechTv right now, pretty awful cartoon. the overall presentation is just very cheesy.

I on the other hand like Geneshaft and I don't see how it is cheesy, perhaps you should give this anime another chance.

i don't know, it's just all the goofy lines, the bad music, and the CG. anyways the ending of this episode was interesting, so i guess i'll watch a couple more episodes before i make a full observation.

I can't judge the series without watching it to the end. It's not so bad, I think. But then not everybody likes the same thing.
