The summary and the director's credits don't exactly sound like we're going to get another surprisingly good action series from Rage of Bahamut.

Damn thought it would be a 2nd season of Rage of bahamut but then i read this... The Rage of Bahamut fantasy social card game inspired the 13-episode Rage of Bahamut Genesis TV anime series that premiered in October 2014. The staff announced in May 2015 that a second season of the anime had been green-lit. Cygames anime division employee Nobuhiro Takenaka has confirmed that Rage of Bahamut: Manaria Friends is not related to the second season of Rage of Bahamut Genesis.
so anyway this is kinda a spin-off or side-story or somethin completly different that has no connection to the 1st bahamut that came out at 2014 ?

Yes..It is in the same universe but it more or less a spin-off...at least we finally got a released date for one of them, i enjoyed the Bahamut so i think might enjoy this one too.
speaking of which..if this is coming out in april chances are the second season will come out in the fall, at least that is what i am predicting.

Hmm ye if its same universe then its seems like its a spin-off somethin like GARO is now hope its gonna be good and not as crappy as 2nd GARO is now... and i agree since this is coming out at spring there is quite high chance that the 2nd season of the other bahamut gonna air at fall.

Took the words out of my mouth. Thought it but before I could finish...
I was just thinking about this and when it was going to start. I'd constantly forget the title and have to rack my brain trying to figure it out. Now I don't have to.
