It seems that someone in the plumbing department has overestimated the pipes' durability...

I work in IT Networking, and I can confirm, when Util gets too high there is risk for breakage. It happened once when I was an itern. HUGE mess. Our bits were green instead of pink, though. Must be a fairy thing.
