surprised geno studio are doing more stuff. I figured they were just a "finished Genocidal organ only then fold" studio. |

They are. After Manglobe closed down, the remnants decided to form Geno Studio to finish Genocidal Organ. |

This studio has nothing to do with the bankrupt Mangoble studio. This studio is part of a block of studios created by Koji Yamamoto, including Studio Wit, which also cooperates with them for TV productions. This block is important to the industry as it is a junction of studios that can help each other in their productions.

Hell yeahh!! what a way to start the day
Genocidal Organ is pretty much my most anticipated film of the year and that key visual for the tv series looks awesome. I realy wish Geno all the best and hopefully they will become the next MAPPA (aka, the best anime studio of this decade by a loooong margin). Totally looking forward to seeing what they have in store. |
