Male idol group doesn't sound good, TBH. I hope they won't be too squeaky.

It's not a new concept. Besides, DA PUMP made the first OP for ROAD, which was rather hip-hoppy to a point. But since this is going to be a big disappointment, there's not much of a point in expecting something good.

I'm interested to know if Youko Ogai is going to have a part in this series. Even though they replaced her as Tsubasa in the 2002 series, she still played Pinto.

In Hungry Heart: Wild Striker she played Mori Kazuto.

Being married to Yoichi Takahashi, I expect they'll give her a part.

They divorced a long time ago.

And just like that, this show is probably screwed internationally.

Best of luck to Viz because this band's agency, Johnny & Associates, tends to cause problems for international licensors over the use of their artists & actors (see Inuyasha, Kodocha, Yu-Gi-Oh, Skull Man, One Piece, Toriko and most recently with Monster Hunter Stories).
