Wow, this is a series I was not expecting to get more canon! I absolutely loved the anime, so this is pretty neat.

Love this but find it kinda funny since most people I know don't really talk to anyone from HS anymore..

It's going to depend a lot on the country and culture. While I don't hang out much with them anymore, I know quite a few people who still hang out with the same people they did in middle school (now all working adults).

I would like to see that novel adapted into another season or a movie.

BTW, it is Sawa, not Sana.

I have many friends from highschool.
I loved the anime, though the beginning was a bit weak.

This is one of my absolute favorites! I really, really hope this gets picked up by an English Language publisher at some point, because I've wanted to know what happened to these character after the end of the story since... well... the anime ended! (If Sawa and Taichi aren't still together in some manner it will be sad, unless part of the story is how they finally get together, that is...)
