The article about Sweet Punishment charted that high? Damn... although, I'm sure it was popular due to being delicious porn. I imagine people were disappointed when it wasn't licensed, even though hentai almost never do.

I am honestly surprised that Netflix-related articles get this much traffic.

Nice to see TWO articles about Seven Deadly Sins here, as well as two about Re:Zero! Here's hoping for more announcements regarding these two franchises this year!

I recall Zac saying on ANNCast once that Netflix articles and reviews always generate the highest traffic on ANN. While hardcore anime fans might complain about Netflix's binge watch model, most casual anime fans don't keep up with simulcast shows weekly and casual fans are more likely to have Netflix than Crunchyroll. Even for hardcore fans that complain about the binge watch model, Netflix has a lot of big name titles with broad appeal.

I'm not surprised Netflix articles are popular. Netflix is huge!

...I suspect I wasn't the only one who got my Miyazaki's confused (may Akira Miyazaki rest in peace).

huh, I would have expected Isao Takahats's death to at least make the list...
(Especially since Akira Miyazaki's death news was probably a fluke of people mistaking which Miyazaki died - robably prompted by automatic search algorithms)

Either list, the news of his death or the interest article about Suzuki's revelations about his character

That is kind of surprising but I guess everyone might have heard about Takahata's death on Twitter or read about it on more mainstream news sites.
