Yeah that is the irony of this strange decision. By gathering a large group of people during potentially dangerous period is already asking for trouble, just forbid people from interacting will not make this situation any safer. There are good reasons many performers and artists in both Japan and China outright just cancel their public performances altogether. |

That isn't surprising. It didn't make a lot of sense to have an event with lots of people packed close together, but then restrict what they did. I could see not doing handshakes or something, but at some point canceling makes more sense. |
