She looks pretty snazzy. And is that just for style or does she secretly have four arms?
I wonder if her connection to Shanks is why she wants Luffy to quit pirating.

My thoughts exactly. Never watched it, but this is the first time a One Piece character design really grabs my attention. I wouldn't watch the movie just cause of her but I'd save every piece of art I'd came across.

Do you mean the coat? The bagginess combined with the matching sleeve and bottom cuffs makes it look like she has more arms, kind of.
