EDIT - I’m an idiot. Can read it in English on Jump+ after all. It starts when the Japanese version ends

Doesn't MangaPlus have like an obligation to translate Jump+ series now? Why isn't it there?

Because it's not a series. It's a 24-page one-shot that was submitted for the Magic Competition mentioned in the article.
