My first thought was Domestic Boyfriend even though the sisters weren't twins.

In Please Twins!, Miina and Karen weren't sisters -- one was a sister to male lead Maiku, while the other was just a childhood friend. This series sounds closest to Kiss x Sis, just without the stepsister angle. Unless that's how Jun "winds up" in a love triangle with Rumi and Naori, which the summary doesn't make clear.

No, they are neighbors and childhood friends. Both girls are in love with him, and he is in love with both of them.
