Is there a reason Old Knight, New Post: From Retiree to Her Majesty's Blade is on the list twice (#3 and #14), with two different covers?

I assume the first one is the novel and the second one is the manga? J-novel got both the manga and light novel.

Ah, yes -- of course. I missed the switch from light novels to manga in the list.
