I was just wondering when the Fall 2025 Preview guide is due to be posted.
A couple of series have already premiered and I heard Lynzee mention on the Trailer Watch Party that she'd had some negative feedback from her reviewers on one of them. I actually liked that premiere so I'm curious to read what the reviewers had to say. If it's the pseudo incest angle I'm no more bothered by it than Barry and Iris on the Flash TV series. For me a lot of it depends on how old/developed the children were when they started living under the same roof which would have a bearing on whether or not they develop a sibling bond. If they never felt like siblings to each other then I don't really consider it incest. |

I have a question too: is The Fated Magical Princess: Who Made Me a Princess going to be there (and in Latest Simulcasts)? I know ANN usually doesn’t cover donghua, but this one has a JP dub and it’s on Crunchyroll, and it was in the trailer watch party.

They may not cover donghua...yet, but that doesn't mean they may in the future given that ANN has already reported on South Korean pop culture like webtoons/manhwa, and reported on Korean animation and K-drama adaptation of webtoons. Does that mean we could see ANN report on donghua, it's possible and I could see this becoming a thing in the near future.

I hope it does. It would be nice to see some coverage of shows like Lord of Mysteries.

Yeah I was hoping someone from the site admin/editorial might have replied to my original post. However they might not have even seen it. To be honest I wasn't sure what the right way to ask a question like this was. Perhaps there's a way to message the site administrators directly but I've never attempted that before so I just posted my question in what I thought was the appropriate forum section. |

Hi there! The Preview Guide will launch tomorrow (October 1) at 9am EDT.
Yes, it'll be included! In this case, it's primarily because it's based on a Korean comic and we've made exceptions in these sorts of situations (like the American-animated Devil May Cry). Sorry, I didn't see this thread earlier. Thank you for your patience! |

Nice to know. But oh boy, I hope it doesn't lead to more "what is anime" debate given that ANN are touching on non-anime/non-manga stuff. |
