I am very happy Otoyomegatari is finally getting published again, but what does the above mean? If it won't be published in a magazine, will the individual chapters be released online-only before being collected in the tankoubons, or...?

Since this is apparently a brand new company, I wonder how it will affect the existing English licenses. I do hope Yen Press is able to continue the English release of A Bride's Story in hardcover.
