you're probably the only ones who don't get it fortunately. The third season was reviewed even if not episodically and if you read this Spring Anime Review on ANN, you'd see the reviewer explicitly said as a fan of the show, he'd prefer to binge it and drop his review later; so it not appearing in episodical reviews is less voting and more intentional from the fan reviewer


The shows that get reviewed episode by episode are chosen by polling the readers at the beginning of every season. The editorial staff don't make that choice. Neither do any of them ignore the poll and drop a single review at the end of the season just because they like it to do it that way. The summer season is about to begin. Keep a lookout for the poll. It will go up soon after the Summer Preview Guide is complete. Between the poll article explaining the voting process and the ensuing discussion of what did or didn't make the cut, it should become clear how this works.
