Yeah I've had the same feeling for the last 4 chapters that it's going to end very soon and here we are. I do think this last arc lasted longer then it should but dang Yuto Suzuki would be a great fight choreography/storyboard guy. I could see the John Wick people using some of his stuff.

Jump just had one long-running hit series (Blue Box) end, now it's about to say goodbye to Sakamoto. Add that to Elusive Samurai which wrapped up a couple of months ago, and Jump will have lost three heavy hitters in about half a year. That's gotta be rough for them, but hopefully it makes them a bit less likely to axe any of the promising new series that are just starting up.

You tell me. I'm pretty hopeful for Under Doctor, Animal Signal and Roku's House of Oddities.

Given the rumors keep adding up about what comes after Sakamoto I don't think they're particularly worried about heavy hitters

Shueisha has built up the strongest comic-to-animation pipeline in the world and IPs start to become a bit unmanageable at a certain point, so ending successes that aren´t magazine-leading around 30 volumes makes sense. First-time authors also get a shot at a second major work, Dr. Sump to Dragon Ball is the best example, as few last 2 full decades in Jump. Toriyama managed 16 years of near-uninterrupted serialisation before slowing do 1 volume a year for the rest of the 90s and then near-totally giving up on interior art. This author is 33. He can clock in for another decade before the wheels come off.
