I'm a Vertical groupie! Without them I wouldn't have the chance to read some of the great classic manga by Tezuka and Takemiya. Black Jack will definitely be added to my manga library.

The first volume of Vertical's edition will ship on November.

Shouldn't it be in November? Also, I think the release date is September 23.

You might want to mention that there are exclusive stories you can only get through Diamond.

Really pleased that 'Vertical' is publishing the 'Black Jack' books. I really want to read them. I only had the chance to reading the first two that 'Viz' put out years ago but y'know... it was never completed.

I'll have to put that on our booklist so that we can have it as required reading for next semester here at the library.

Now, I hope that 'Vertical' republishes 'Adolf'. Now that would be great.

OH GOD YES.

I went crazy finding the first volume by Viz. Never did find the second. Now Vertical takes another step toward climbing the list of my favorite publishers. YAY VERTICAL!

Does anyone know what is going on with the third volume? Amazon says it is released but all the comic shops I have talked to say it has been delayed. If someone can shed some light on the actual release date, I would be most appreciative. I don't want to miss the limited hard cover!
