how come David Lucas isn't mentioned as a pseudonym anymore?

Some voice actors use pseudonyms in order to do both union & non-union work, if I understand it correctly. Naturally, some would request that their multiple names not be associated with one another, in order to continue this practice.

I'm not going to be as circumspect about this as Cookie was. David wrote us and asked us to seperate the two names.
We debated it, and decided to honor his request. To this day I'm not certain it was the right choice, but as long as I'm not certain it was the worng choice, I won't undo it. |

I understand why the names are separated, but it looks like there are a few roles credited to the wrong name. For instance, Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop (TV) and Makoto Shishio in Rurouni Kenshin should be roles of David Lucas, not Steve Blum. Also, David Lucas voiced Roger Smith of Big O in the first thirteen episodes.
