Hey,
Does anyone know the current situation with GSG? I have heard nothing about its progress in either Japan or in English, last volume I saw released was volume 6, with Petrushka on the cover. I mean...I want to give someone my money for this but there just isn't anyone! |

There are a few more volumes out in Japanese than in English, though I don't remember off-hand how many.
However, ADV's manga division has gone MIA on us AGAIN and until we have an official word about what the heck they are doing, there is no news about more Gunslinger Girl manga, which annoys me since I finally went ahead and bought it after they started releasing it after the last company hiatus. |

As marie antoinette said, ADV's manga division is MIA right now so it's uncertain when publication of the manga will resume here in the states. In Japan though, 10 manga volumes have been released and as far as I know, 59 chapters have been published so far in the publication Dengeki Daioh. As much as I wouldn't want to encourage it, your best bet of seeing the manga beyond volume 6 would have to be searching around for the scans online. |
