Economy shipping is really random, but worth it for free. I've never had to wait longer than 7 days for any order, but most come earlier. Once I placed a second order 2 days after a previous order, and that second order actually ended up arriving before the first one I made even though it was sent a day or two earlier. *shrug* The post office is mysterious indeed.
Due to their current flooding problems though my order I placed 4 days ago hasn't shipped yet. It's understandable though, and I'd keep ordering from RightStuf even if it took a month to get my orders.

Ok, thank you both for the information
Its my first order with them (TRSI) and I just want an idea of when I might get it. My state has been having weather problems too, its gotten pretty good thunderstorms with heavy rain, heatwaves with the heat index reaching over 100, and tornados within the past 3 weeks. Its very unpredictable, combined with Iowa's weather it sound like a delay is in order for most everyone.
Given that its father's day weekend in America, I wouldn't be shocked if the post office is busier this week either, causing possible more delay.
Oh well, I anticipate my order being slightly delayed anyway, seeing how Monster should be available on Tuesday this week anyway and I don't know how early they get their pre-orders for shipping.

Order from TRSI:
Boys Be.. GN Vol 1-2
Comic Party Box set
Comic Party Revolution DVD 1-3
GTO GN Vol 7-9
I usually take the free shipping if possible from TRSI if possible. If I need to quickly I'll pay for the extra shipping but I usually won't. It normally takes about 7 days to get my order which is no big deal, I just know depending on when I order will depend on if I get to watch it right away when I get it or if I will have to wait a few days when my dad goes to work.

This is a really great series in my opinion. It's one of maybe 6 anime series I consider a masterpiece. Try the English dub at some point, it's one of Patrick Seitz's best roles (again in my opinion.) |
I'm sold. With all the anime that is out there a masterpiece is hard to find. So, I added this yesterday to this months purchases:
Koi Kaze DVD 1 with Series Box
Koi Kaze DVD 2, 3
Koi Kaze Original Sound Track CD
Ah! My Goddess the Motion Picture
Haibane Renmei DVD 1 - 4 (my second set for sharing this masterpiece)

^ On that note, I turned my sister into a huge Death Note fan, although she loathes anime. She cant wait to see vo. 3 and 4.
I placed my order at TRSI a week ago, but it still hasn't been processed. Of course cant be mad if most of the state is underwater.
Edit:
Yay checked my debit card and they took the money out.

I picked up a Primura figure $20 and I also bought an Ai Yori Aoshi art box on ebay for $63. I have been looking for the Ai Yori Aoshi art box for a long time.
I also bought the Tweeny Witches artbox $25 on Thursday at the Portmouth NH FYE.

I told my self that I would curb my purchases. That resolve lasted all of a minute. Got myself:
Ergo Proxy V. 1-6 w/box
Barefoot Gen
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure V.1-6 w/box
And I tossed in the Ergo Proxy soundtrack since I was getting the series.

A large package arrived today:
First shipment of my RS-big geneon sale order:
Anime:
Cardcaptor Sakura The Movie 2 The Sealed Card Limited Ed.
El Hazard OVA 1-2
El Hazard 2 OVA
Fushigi Yugi Eikoden (the only thing i don't have now is the FY OVA)
Last Exile 1+box+mouse pad+alvie action figure*
Requiem from the Darkness 1+box, 2-4
Sakura Wars The Movie Limited Ed.
Tenchi Muyo OVA 2, 4 (this completes my collection of the series)
Texhnolyze 1+box**
*already got 1+box and the rest of the series before; bought this because of the mouse pad; i don't care for the action figure.
**already have the rest of the series; just bought this for the box; and it contains a really neat pencil board too!
CD Soundtrack:
Chobits 001 and 002 (already have the character song cd)
Fate/Stay Night CD Soundtrack A*
Indigo Suite CD**
*It's been a long time since I finished Fate/Stay Night anime. I'm not fond of harem shows but I'm open to them, that is, I don't hate them; as of now, F/S night is my favorite show with a harem aspect. My purchase of the CD is to further show my love for this series. (Although I remember loving the first opening and ending songs, so it's not like I'm buying the CD just because I love the series.)
**I bought this because I absolutely loved UNDER THE BLUE SKY by indigo, which was the ending song of Someday's Dreamers anime. I really didn't care for the anime; I actually ended up selling the anime. But it's been quite some time since I finished the anime and I still find myself humming Under the Blue Sky, so I got thist best of indigo cd to find out more about the songs they do.
The package also contained stuff from past RS sales:
Manga:
Hana-Kimi 15
Tokyo Babylon 7
Vagabond 20

Was browsing through TRSI's Weekly Specials, and I put in an order for...
Anime:
Big O - Complete Collection
Big O II - Complete Collection
Millennium Actress
My backlog is slowly getting smaller, that last Geneon sale really cut the list down quite a bit.

Ended up buying Kurosagi Corpse Delivery manga from the Dark Horse sale due to good reviews from people who've read it.
Passed on Hellsing and Trigun for now. My interest sort of petered out on those two manga series. Maybe some other sale.
