Well, the trailer is pretty NSFW (nudity, hint: nipples); you can see it around 0:30 in the youtube video. Perhaps tagged it as NSFW.

Anyway, the manga should have called "The Adventures of Haruto" instead of "Kimi no Iru Machi: A town where you live". A large portion of the story takes place in Tokyo and not in the title mentioned town by now.

why the manga girls are much cuter than the anime verion?

I'm surprised they'd bother putting the nudity in the promo. Isn't that like counter productive? They should censor the promo with promise of being uncensored on DVD.
