I guess they want all their production work from all group companies to be combined into one company, makes sense.

Wada goes by the name George Wada, as you can see on the Guilty Crown opening credits and the interview he did with ANN a while back.

Interesting. Wonder if they'll be focusing on certain types of animation, such as original properties?
