It looks kind of boring. Production quality seems high though.

The backgrounds are enough to get me to watch... (I am a scenery porn addict, I admit that freely!) The character designs are sooooo much like Hanasaku Iroha, I kept wondering when the short girl with short curly hair with flowers in it would show up!

As for the description, it sounds like a fairly typical slice-of-life, coming-of-age story, another Hanasaku Iroha similarity. But that isn't a bad thing, especially for those of us that liked Hanasaku Iroha and that are fans of either slice-of-life or coming-of-age stories, or both! (Bonus for me, as slice-of-life coming-of-age stories are frequently ones I find compelling... Very Happy ) The fact that it is going to also feature music makes it even more of a win. This has become one of the shows I am really looking forward to now!!!

Boring is the least of the issues.

series hasn't aired yet, and you are already assuming it will be bad.

You're talking to Dragon. Anything with cute girls is instantly bad in his eyes.

Hope it won't be like Hanasaku. No offense but I hated it.
But it seems like it will though...

some people like me are suckers for romance/drama series while others don't like them that is fine bro. However given pa works track record I would give this a wait/see attitude because angle beats is nothing like hanasaku nor is another like those shows.

...Except that PA Works is known for doing mostly straight up, no underlying themes of science fiction/fantasy/supernatural melodramas. They did it in their True Tears adaptation and they did it in Hanasaku Iroha. This is probably another completely normal and not in any way special melodrama.

But some people like dramas and Hanasaku Iroha was praised for being a decently paced and well written one. They haven't beaten a dead horse just yet, so PA Works is probably sticking to what they know.
