What's the difference between the premium collection and the complete collection?

Is there some huge difference between the two? I really just would like to know the packaging types. By looking at pictures, I assume the premium box is vols 1-3 in the art box, but is that a chipboard box or flimsy box? Same question for the complete collection: is it chipboard or flimsy paper?

Also, do both have the outtakes?

The complete collection (second link) is a litebox. aka, one dvd case with three discs in it.

it does have the outtakes.

I have the Premium Collection, and it's a nice artbox (I'm not exactly sure what "chipboard" is, but it's not the crappy foldable paper boxes like what Funi's doing now with the half season sets--e.g.: Ouran).

It looks like it's the original single releases just put in a box, too, so 1 and 3 have outtakes listed on them.

You know how particle board is made of sawdust mixed with glue and pressed into wood sheets? Chipboard is quite similar... it's kind of like thick, stiff paper mache. A lot of craft stores sell it (usually cut into shapes.)

Thanks everyone. I'm not quite sure which I'll get though because I love chipboard, but I don't love Midori Days enough to get the premium collection which is $20 more at Best Buy. I'll figure it out Confused

@kyokun703
To put it in simpler terms, the Midori Days premium box is chipboard. That type of stuff.

Ok, so all standard artboxes are chipboard, while now they seem to be moving towards more of a cardstock/flimsy cardboard artbox. I wasn't sure if it applied to a specific type of artbox.
