I sore screen prints of Code Geass R3 leaks last year saying it's coming out in 2010 but i can't find it anywere or are they just fakes ?

It only says that more would be revealed about the next Geass project in 2010, not that it would come out it 2010. They'll probably reveal more details about it by the end of the year, but don't expect to actually see it released until next year, or later.
