I was browsing the reviews and was intersested as to how some people have viewed the dub edition for this anime and if they could tell me where to find it

You'd find the dub on DVD. If you're in the U.S., Netflix has it if no rental stores near you do. |

The dub stinks, in my opinion. Each Saber Marionette series switches dub companies. Saber Marionette J was done by Ocean Studios, J Again was done by Bang Zoom! Entertainment, and J to X was done by Blue Water Studios.
I dislike them all, but if I had to pick one, I'd stick with Ocean, only because their voices fit the closest (though all three of the girls and Hanagata still sound way off to me). Stick with the subs, that way you won't be hearing different voices every series. It's good for the continuity, and in my opinion, sounds like a better fit because of certain voice ranges I think are suited for the characters. |

Well, Animaze and Bang Zoom use many of the same VA's, but they are still two entirely different unrelated companies, so it's not really "worthlessly technical". ;) |

Haven't seen J to X yet, but for the most part I agree you're better off watching the original with Saber Marionette J. I did like some of the Ocean and Animaze voice casts, but the Japanese version is solid throughout. Hard to beat Yuri Shiratori and Akiko Hiramatsu :) |

Heh, thanks. I forget what to call them sometimes because they basically have the same voice actors and such. I could care less about what name I use since I usually say both when making references to them as an entity of VAs, but I was lazy at the time of that post  .
