I'm afraid that's not happening. Unless by divine intervention.

Although God did want more Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai, so who knows?

I think they are going the seitokai no ihizon route, releasing a new DVD OVA in new tankobouns to keep the sales high and releasing a blu-ray OVA every now and then.
