Iif the Miho Nishizumi one comes with the tank, I'm sold.

It comes with the turret. The Tank is actually a plamo kit (which is available both as a legit Panzer IV kit, and a special Garupan branded version). You take the regular turret off the tank and replace it with the one that comes with the Nendo. |
