It's great to see Dusk Maiden of Amnesia come with its soundtrack CDs, even though they don't include CHOIR JAIL.

CHOIR JAIL was only included as the piano version on the import disc soundtrack CDs as well. It was released separately as a single so no sense including it for free on the BDs though I guess the ED was included wasn't it? Hmm, anyways, here is Choir Jail on amazon.co.jp:
