It is one of my dreams to become an animation voice actress but I have no training in the subject. People always tell me that i have a nice voice and i love to act in drama plays etc. But i dont know the basic steps to becomming a voice actress! If you have any information please tell me! I would be forever greatful!

Firstly, this is likely the wrong forum for this question, it would be far more at home in the general discussion forum.

Now, I shall address you query. The first step would be to get some experience in conventional theater. Like any niche industry (it seems like everything interesting is hard to get into), voice acting is difficult to get into (but not as difficult as becoming an animator for japanese companies, which is a more common question). Many conventional actors would make poor voices actors, but most voice actors are competent at conventional theater as well voice acting. Invest in some theatrical training and get involved in theater.

There are some sites I would suggest. The Dub Review message boards are frequented by a number of prominent members of the dubbing community and they're friendly folk. The Voice Acting Allianceboasts a respectable array of resources and information on the subject as well.

I've heard that one of the best things to do if you don't want to do theatrical acting is work in radio. You can get your voice and name out in little time doing things like ad spots and DJing. Since you're doing voice acting then try to concentrate on getting your voice out there.

You may want to read the guide that ADV put together.
