Is this the "Olde School Kikaida" one, or the "New Kikaida" one?

its the old school kikaida, its base form the 70's TV live action version Kikaida which is awsome because i am going to get one for my older brother he use to have one when he was 6 years old but my mom got rid of it because it was broken and torn apart back in the late 70's .

The TV live action series was and still is popaluar here in Hawaii : ) .
