Get the fudge off my computer, whoever is letting this crap on ANN, STOP NOW Twisted Evil

No, you're not going to get source code. The only thing you're likely to get is a cease and desist.

Edit: OK, I've calmed down now, but my comments still stand. I wouldn't put up with this from a porn site, let alone the "#1 English language source for anime and manga news on the Internet"

The problem is probably on your end and not ANN's. That's why they want the source code for the page that you visited, so they can confirm if there really is a problem on their end or not.

Care to elaborate exactly how it's my fault if I get served a bad ad?

The reason why they want source code is so they can find who exactly is serving the ad. Well, the moment anything like this appears on my PC it gets nuked. Period. So, no source code. The way to stop it is not to conduct postmortems afterwards, but to stop using disreputable advertising companies.

We don't willingly allow pop-ups on ANN. They sneak in on some other ads sometimes, and the source helps us find out what add caused it. Once we know the cause, we get rid of it.

Sometimes its a geo-targetted add, so I can sit on the site testing all the ads all day and never get a pop-up, while you might get dozens.
